Custom Items

Items that are custom engraved, imprinted, uv-printed, and all other forms of personalization are non-refundable. Please check all spelling and custom media thoroughly before submitting your order. 

Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds due to issues in transit at this time. All products are shipped by certified mail with tracking numbers. Please let us know if you are experiencing shipping delays and we are happy to help.
