Unless otherwise specified or requested, all items are shipped via FedEx with a tracking number sent to the customer. 

Naples Awards does not take responsibility for any additional costs incurred by Customs: These costs must be paid by the customer. Naples Awards does not take responsibility for any issues or damages occurring during the shipping process.
