Yes! After you place your order, we will send a design proof for your approval to the email provided to us during checkout. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your proof.  

If you worry that you’ve entered something incorrectly or need to make a change, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you haven’t received your proof yet, it should be possible for us to make spelling corrections or small alterations to your design.

Please reference this PDF for common font types. If you have a preference, please let us know during checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate your selection. Please note that not all fonts will work for certain products and dimensions.

We stand by our work. If we have made an error, we will gladly correct the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Before submitting your order please make sure all of your information is correct and thoroughly inspect your proof before approval. Naples Awards does not offer refunds for issues that occur in transit. Please send us an email if you would like to purchase shipping insurance for your order.
